  We currently do not support online shopping. Here is a guide on how to place an order from us.

  How to place the custom orders?

  For custom orders, you can order a wig with any lengths , textures, colors, styles and measurements that you want. You can also send us your favorite wigs pictures that you like your wig to be made like, we can duplicate them for you.

  You can place custom orders with the following instructions:

  1. Please contact our online customer service and ask for our Order Form, you also can use your own Order Form.

  2. Please fill out the Order Form carefully.　

  3. Send Order Form or order informations to us via email, we will offer the price to you!

  4. Pay for your order. We currently accept Paypal, Western Union and Bank wire as payment methods. After the payment issued, please inform.

  5. We will start production immediately after receipt of payment. 

  6. When the wigs or hair pieces are ready, we will send them out via FedEX, a FedEX email with tracking will be automatically sent to you then. You can track the delivery status on FedEX Web www.fedex.com .

  Note: For custom order of frontals, closures and wefts , you needn't to fill out the Order Form, you can send your detailed order informations to us via email.　

  How to order the stock units?

  1. Select what you like from our latest stock list,then tell us the Style No. of the stock units.

  2. You are offered the total prices.

  3.Pay for your order. We currently accept Paypal, Western Union or Bank wire as payment methods. After the payment issued, please inform.

  4. After receipt of payment, we will send packages out immediately by FedEX. You can receive the packages within 3-5 days.

  5. After the packages sent out, a FedEX email with tracking will be automatically sent to you so that you can track the delivery status on FedEX web www.fedex.com.

  SHIPPING:
  We can ship our goods via FedEx/UPS/DHL, Normally We ship via FedEx acquiescently. So if you want to ship your order with UPS or DHL, Please tell our support staff after you paid for your order. Normally it will take 2-4 days to ship.
  RETRURNS:
  If there is something problem with the product quality, you could be accepted to exchange for another or get full refund. In additional, within 7 business days as you sign for your package, you are accepted to exchange. More info, please view Returns & Refunds.
  

• How to Care

  HUMAN HAIR CARE
  WE RECOMMEND WASHING YOUR ALTERNATIVE HAIR EVERY 6-8 WEARS
  CHECK WASH
  • Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your Paddle Brush
  • Wet hair completely using cool running water. Comb through hair with your fingers several times
  • If no signs of tangling/matting* occur, continue to cleanse and condition while checking for excessive tangling as you go
  • If you do notice excessive tangling/matting, it may be a sign of inversion; please contact us immediately, we will give you some care suggestions.
  CLEANSE & CONDITION
  • Before washing your human hair wig or hairpiece, gently remove any tangles using your Paddle Brush
  • Gently lather the hair with a small amount of Argan Smooth Luxury Shampoo, while making sure that the hair is traveling in the same direction. DO NOT rub hair as this may cause tangling
  • Rinse thoroughly in cool running water until the water runs clear
  • Apply Argan Smooth Luxury Conditioner, avoiding the base of the wig or hairpiece (applying conditioner to the base/cap may weaken the knots)
  • Using your fingers, work conditioner through mid-lengths and ends for 3-5 minutes
  • Rinse thoroughly in cool running water until the water runs clear
  DRY & STYLE
  • Wrap wig or hairpiece in a towel and gently pat to remove excess water
  • Gently remove any tangles using your Paddle Brush
  • Allow cap to dry completely before applying to a canvas block head
  • Dampen hair again and apply a small amount of Blown Away Blow Dry Balm; distribute evenly throughout hair, keeping away from base
  • Starting at nape, work in 2" sections using your Round Boar-Bristle brush and blow dry each section completely
  • Use medium-high heat on full power to blow dry hair. Use the "cool shot" button to lock in style
